Pair English Crystal Candlesticks

English glass from the 18th century is known as “flint” glass also known as lead crystal. These sticks made circa 1760 reveal the deep gray color of the lead crystal in the two baluster stems which are faceted (and wonderful to hold in hand) and rest on cut and faceted bases. Although they have suffered numerous nicks over the years, they remain as impressively beautiful as when they were made. Ht. 13”, Diameter 6”
